Card Payment Option

Once card details and funds have been authorised, Simply Sev will send an email acknowledging your order request.

If the card details and or funds are not authorised, we will inform the customer and reserves the right to cancel the order. We will do our utmost to clarify any authorisation problems.

Once payment has been received and the funds have been received by us, we will process the order and send an email confirming payment of your order and the process thereof.

​

Receipt of an Order Confirmation indicates a legally binding purchase and sale agreement between yourself and Simply Sev.

Simply Sev reserves the right to cancel or reverse an order. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, an alternative will be offered.

Bank Transfer Payment Option

For customers wishing to make purchase via bank transfer payment method, please contact the studio for payment details by emailing sales@simplysevjewellery.com.

Once payment has been received by Simply Sev, the order will be processed and Simply Sev will send an email confirming your order and process thereof.

Onus is on the customer to ensure payment is received by Simply Sev.

Pricing

​

All prices are as quoted on our website, in GBP (including UK VAT).
VAT and the rate of VAT will depend on your selection of shipping destination. Currently orders shipped within the United Kingdom are subject to VAT at 20%.

While we believe that our ordering and payment system is amongst the most advanced available, we do reserve the right to correct any system errors, including errors in pricing, and we do not honour incorrect pricing.

Simply Sev reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Ethically Sourced Materials

Simply Sev ​jewellery​ ​is​ ​handmade​ ​in​ ​London​ ​using​ modern and ​traditional​ ​techniques and skilled craftmanship.​ ​Stones​ ​are​ ​sourced​ ​from reputable​ ​dealers​.​ ​All​ ​of​ ​the silver​ ​and​ ​the​ ​vast​ ​majority​ ​of​ ​the​ ​gold​ ​in​ ​Simply Sev’s​ ​jewellery​ ​is​ ​recyclable​.

Due to the nature of handcrafting, each piece is unique and one of a kind and will differ slightly from order to order.

The colours, shapes and sizes of the gemstones we use may vary slightly. We endeavour to use gemstones that are as close in appearance as possible to the stones pictured on the website.

 

Stone colours may vary slightly due to the cast-in-place process.

Cleaning and Caring for your Jewellery

 

Silver and Silver with Gold Plated Detail:

​

Simply Sev silver jewellery has a unique appearance and finish. As with all silver jewellery, it may become tarnished over time and we recommend gently rubbing a silver polishing cloth on the silver parts to restore the shine. If the piece has become very tarnished, a soft toothbrush with mild soapy warm water can also be used. Do NOT use silver dip as it will strip the original finish.

Please avoid any contact with chemicals such as chlorine as this will oxidise and turn your silver black.

Gold Plating:

 

Whilst this is considerably thicker than a “flash” plate or gilding, the plating will wear gradually over time.

​

Please contact us if you require a quote for re-plating.

9ct Gold:

​

Whilst these don’t tarnish, they may benefit from a polish from time to time and we recommend rubbing your jewellery gently with a gold polishing cloth to restore the shine. Stone set pieces may also benefit from cleaning with a soft toothbrush in mild soapy warm water.
